Warm Yourself

So often we get wrapped up in our jobs, our studies, all of our responsibilities, and rush through late October, November and December and come barreling into the New Year gasping for air.  Fall and early winter provide a multitude of opportunities to relax and breathe in the holiday season.

Enjoy this time.  Make intentional plans to take in the pumpkins, hot drinks and cozy sweater weather.  Fall can be that friend that provides unconditional love and comfort.

As the wind gets colder and the days get shorter, warm yourself with the details of fall.
