Tonight I went to a community theater in a small town in New Jersey to see their production of “A Chorus Line.” The tickets weren’t expensive, and the show was by no means a Broadway-level production, but the talent was certainly present and the audience appreciative.
It was a reminder that we all have to start somewhere. You can’t just head immediately to Broadway or march your way straight to CEO. You have to rely on your local community, your family and friends, your passion — even if it is free of charge — to get where and what you want.
Don’t underestimate the power of hard work.
